We love this claw machines place! Super cute stuffy animals and higher quality than other claw machines. The staff are super friendly and helpful! We love all the cute cat decorations and they give you a free tiny cat figurine when you buy $20+ coins. If staff see you struggling with a machine they will open up and "fluff and lay out" the things to increase your chance on grabbing the stuffy you want which was super helpful 😉 You can also save your rewards and trade in the ones you don't like for something bigger and better rewards! The clean and comfy waiting area with vending machines in case if parents need to wait for their kids playing longer was nice to have, which I don't see it at any other claw machines arcade stores. Don't forget to take a picture in front of the decorative photo wall to show off your winnings on social media! 😆

THEY WERE SO NICE! If you want a certain plush, they will put it on the top! You can do what I am doing and leave a review for a capybara pin! I saw someone at the front, they got a duplicate gacha and they switched it out for one they didn’t have! So many claws and gachas to choose from! There are keychains! If you get them half in they will get it for you!!! This is the place of my dreams! DEFINITELY coming back!!!

This was such a fun place to visit! And I’m saying this as I visited an hour after finding my car was broken into and things stolen, dealing with all of the mess that comes with it before going to attempt crane games that I’ve only ever played once before. If I can enjoy myself after all that, this is a good place to visit. It's located in a little strip mall so it's easy to find parking. When we got there it was on the busier side but staff were still friendly and attentive and it was easy to find open claw machines to play. There's a good variety of plushies to choose from too. What I really liked about this place was that staff was literally asking people if they needed help and would help rearrange the prizes to make it easier to win. This small but incredible gesture was great for adults and kids alike because everyone could be a winner and walk away with something. In the back they have smaller claw machines where you can win more keychain types prizes. Every token is $1 and each of the plushie games were 1 token each. That's including tax and the more tokens you buy the more free tokens you get. Overall I think this is a great experience for the family.

The place was fun but my biggest gripe were the claws themselves. Even though the staff will fluff them up, it's hard to pick up the toys esp. the bigger and heavier ones. Not only that, the spring bounces too much once it reaches the top so the toy falls right away and there's too much slack on the claws' grip. I just think it's rigged. I think I had more fun than my daughter and niece though 😀 The staff are really nice, hence the 3 stars.

Easy wins! Make sure you use the double tap feature. Staff is friendly, rearranges the plushies for easier grabs and you can exchange plushies for cool prizes. Worth it
