Worth every penny! I recently took my kids to the Nickelodeon park, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience! This place is a dream for families, especially with young children. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, clean, and well-organized everything was. There’s so much to do — rides, games, arcades, and even mascot appearances during the day. The variety of activities is perfect for different age groups, from toddlers to older kids. My kids loved the mini roller coasters and the soft play areas, while my preteens enjoyed the more thrilling rides. What really stood out was how safe and kid-friendly the park is. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we always felt like our kids were in good hands. The attractions were well-maintained. Now I didn’t find much food options at the park itself but it’s in a mall so we just took a quick break, walked to the nearest restaurant and had a bite to eat there before going back. We ended up spending the entire day there because there was just so much to explore. It’s a fantastic spot for a family outing, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and stress-free day with the kids. We can’t wait to go back!

Do not underestimate the dizziness this indoor park can cause you. Everything is spinning around so fast 😂 my kids really enjoyed their time in there. It has many options for little kids and big kids. The food court is close by so you have many dining options to choose as well. Many ice cream and coffee shops are around. One stop shop for everything you need. We were there on Friday and not so many people are there. We spend the entire afternoon and finished almost all the rides. No need to purchase fast pass on weekdays, but highly recommend it on weekends.

Nickelodeon Universe is one of the prime attractions in American Dream.mall, as it proclaims to be the largest indoor theme park in western hemisphere. It took me 4 years to finally visit this park, and I must say I was impressed at the vastness, rides and overall experience of the park. There’s a huge section for arcade games in the right corner of the entrance area. I loved the fact that there’s no ticket needed to enter the park. Anyone can enter the park, watch the rides and use the common amenities. Passes or points are required to get on rides or to access the Paw Patrol Adventure Bay obstacle course and play area. They offer seasonal passes which are worth it in my opinion. Took my daughter on back to back days, and she had 4+ hours of fun and entertainment. There are more than 10 rides suitable for kids under 42 inches. They also have characters meet and greet. We got to see SpongeBob and Patrick. But seasonal passes a mess. They print with the date of purchasing the pass, not the date of visit. On our subsequent visits the scanners failed to confirm our tags. Bunch of crew members gave us a hard time to get on ride. Some made us wait until they talked to the supervisor, others made it sound like they are doing us a favor. Some told us we were trying to use tags from previous days. Seemed like so many of them didn’t know how the winter/seasonal pass works!!! Vending machines and snack stations are super expensive at the park. A water/soda bottle is around $4, a cotton candy is $13, and bowl of dipping dot is $11. On my second day, there were issues with our seasonal pass. Scanners were not able to verify our passes due to system glitch. A lot of the associates gave us hard time at the entrance of rides. In one case the supervisor had to come and clarify our passes were good.

We had an amazing time at Nickelodeon Universe! The rides were fantastic—there was something for everyone, from thrilling roller coasters to fun, family-friendly attractions. The play area was a huge hit with the kids, offering plenty of space for them to burn off some energy while enjoying interactive activities. The staff really made a difference, too. They were all super friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and ensuring everyone was safe and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we can’t wait to go back for more fun! Highly recommend it for families looking for a day of excitement.

First things first this play theme park is huge to be inside of the mall. There were a lot of rides for big kids and the big adult kids. The good thing is you could pay $60 to do the unlimited rides. You can pay online which is much easier than paying when you get there and I believe it’s a little cheaper at least that’s what they said, they have a paw patrol playground that my grandson really enjoyed. He also enjoyed seeing all of the big characters that he could actually touch and take a picture with and he even met bootz from Dora the Explorer. The only cons I would take away from this place is that I wish they had unlimited card to play the arcade games because that is what my grandson mostly gravitated to because there were limited rides for little kids under the age of five. I’m saying this because he was too scared to ride the big kids rides so essentially I paid $60 for him to ride a carousel & a couple other rides for him to actually say he would rather play the games, I wish there was more rides for the little kids. Also, I wish there was more food selection. A lot of the areas in there were closed so the only thing we were able to get was something to drink or popcorn. Another positive thing is you actually walk in the area for free. There are play areas that the little kids can play in for free other than that you have to pay to ride. Just remember that. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody who has kids under five because it will be a waste of money.
