No call back (3 calls) no email return, (2 emails) and no one ever answers the phone. We are STILL waiting for our refund, sir!"

"I wont even talk about the format this year. I agree this years director was very hostel. I asked him two questions over the weekend, both times he was very rude and short with his answers. While walking away and not making eye contact. Then while cheering on another team I was told by him, at the top of his lungs and in front of my Team and fans that I had been a problem the whole weekend. Really? For asking the Director a question about the tournament? Very unprofessional. We have,until this year, had a great experience with NAYS. Ill tell you this. I have never met a coach that won "
