"My daughter enjoyed her time here she’s been here for 2 years. She enjoyed her coach as well but did complain about her previous coach. Management/front desk seems biased towards particular families, my son also had an incident with front desk and buying snacks where I had to intervene. I do think it is about the money and a bit over crowded. I pulled my daughter out today since she hadn't been in almost 2 months (personal reasons) and I was still paying. "We have been going to this gym for a long time and I would have to say that the staff isn’t as nice and pleasant as you would expect them to be especially when dealing with so many parents and children. It’s over crowded and definitely about the money. They favor certain families and children as well as the coaches. If you’re not favored know that your children won’t be cared for by the staff or coaches. I honestly wish we didn't waste so many months at this gym.
