If you are looking for a fantastic place to go and workout whether it be on your own, or classes look no further then the Y in Westchase! I can't say enough about how fantastic it is from the machines, classes, personnel and fellow members. You will not be disappointed at all!!!

Zumba Sunday at 10:30 with Mila is something I look forward to all week. She has the perfect balance between dance and exercise. The music is fabulous and her moves got flavor! I drive out of my way every Sunday, it's worth it! Viva Zumba with Mila!

The front desk staff are welcoming, helpful and kind. The group class instructors are nice, energetic, approachable and really care about you. They give GREAT workouts. My favorites are the dance classes and there is even a cardio druming one that is super fun too. In addition, I enjoy the challenge of the various other class options as well. There is nice weightlifting & toning equipment, and excellent parking. The people in the classes are friendly and fun to chat with. I really like it at this YMCA.

My family and I really enjoy this YMCA , the employees are really knowledgeable on the events happening and they also encourage you to come work out. My family and I really love the pool that this ymca has to offer!
