The Ohio Palace is such a beautiful theater. The architecture and detail are something to admire. Using their website for tickets is fairly easy. Once you purchase tickets, you have the option to print your tickets or have them emailed to you. Parking in the statehouse underground lot has always been my go to. $5 to park, and it is right across the street. You must go through a metal detector before entering the building. Once inside, someone will assist you in which direction you need to go. When you enter the theater, an usher will take you to your seats and give you a playbill. The theater has a refreshment stand that serves drinks (alcohol and soft drinks). They do have wheelchair and handicapped seating on the ground floor. There is no elevator to the mezzanine area.

My family had such a wonderful time at the Nutcracker. Great special effects during the show. I found myself just staring and marveling at all the details in the interior design. An absolutely spectacular and stunning theater. If you have not been it is a must see if your are visiting Columbus

Always love watching a show here when in the area! Stop in the box office for tickets because it's cheaper than online! The speakers could definitely be louder. Sat in Mezzanine E row E. Great view and the seats are comfy!

Beautiful venue for the arts. We saw "& Juliet" and the production utilized resources to bring what was happening on stage to the audience. Our seats were in balcony and legroom was an issue for tall people like me.
