Always a great experience. Lots of steps into and out of the cave, but easily traversed. If you are heavy set you will still fit in the caves passages! Mini golf, treasure maze, petting zoo, and even gem mining was great as an adult! Definitely go early if you want to avoid the kid groups, but it was a great day!

My daughter and I were able to visit in October. They do have military discount. Senior Citizens, I’m not sure. I would recommend getting the all access pass. With the all access pass, you receive a pass to play 18 holes of putt putt, 3 coins for the maze, to find the prize machines within the maze (which was fun). In one machine we got an arrowhead, another machine gave miniature bottle of gems (we got pink quartz, garnet, turquoise, and another blue gem I can’t remember the name of. my daughter and I chose to use two coins in the machine for bottle of gems because the 3rd machine had a toy. Another pass was to the petting zoo and the pass gets you a bag of feed to feed the goats or deer. In this petting zoo there is NO barrier/fence between you and the animals. The coolest was feeding the deer and being able to pet it with no fence. Another ticket allows you to get a big bag of dirt with minerals/gems to go to the panning area. Some of the ones in there were a descent size. All the way down to little ones. And finally, your pass to the cavern. Place also has two store to buy things especially gems and minerals. Finally, the cavern. It was not as big as some I’ve been to but cool nonetheless. It was really neat learning of the history going with these caverns. It’s also self guided so you can go at your own pace. To get down to the cavern it is a long steep stairwell and some are wet so you need to watch your step and descend slowly. The putt putt course was fun. Nothing elaborate but still fun. So, for an adult pass ($27) you get the cavern tour, putting putt, petting zoo, maze with prizes and gem bag to pan. This bag is about 10”x4” There is a bathroom and large picnic area. I believe there may be a small snack shack during prime season.

Had so much fun. I’m in my 30s and the petting zoo was so much fun. All the animals are very kind. My favorite was the baby goats and the deer. They had mini golf as well. We also walked a big foot trail. Definitely worth the money and it gives you something to do and lasted about 3-4 hours for us.

This was an amazing place for a day trip! We purchased the do-it-all package for the five of us (mom, dad, son, daughter, and grandma) and we had a blast. The mini-golf was fun, the kids loved mining for gems at the sluice, the cave was refreshingly cool in the middle of a warm day, we went through the maze, fed animals at the petting zoo, ate lunch in their large covered pavilion area, and the kids played on the well-maintained wooden playground. The only issue we had while we were there was that the maze has three 'treasures' you can get with tokens, and some of those machines didn't dispense treasure, however, the staff was aware of the issue, and even if they couldn't fix it in advance of the issue, they were apologetic, and quick to offer replacement treasures. Fantastic customer service. Items in the gift shop were also surprisingly reasonable. Other day trips to places with gift shops felt like they were gouging quite a bit. We only spent about $25 in the git shop, and got something for everyone. And even better, it got busier throughout the day, but it never got BUSY, even on a Saturday. We never felt like we were the only ones there, but it was never crowded. It was just a wonderful experience, and we'll almost certainly go back again this summer. I hope anyone who reads this has as wonderful a time as we did!

This place was really cool! The Caverns themselves are fun to explore, there are lights strewn about to help highlight the features, and there are signs in relevant places that share some interesting things. There's so much to do here and I could probably spend an entire day just watching and feeding the sweet deer! There's also a nice woodsy walking path with a Bigfoot theme and amazing wood carvings, a gift shop with lots of stones and such, a large parking lot that I maybe should've mentioned first, goats and pigs and a pretty gray cow to visit, and when closing they use their PA system, annnnd yeah. I'm so glad my husband took me here 💝 Definitely going back!
