"This place needs a major overhaul! The ticket check in process is awful, they have absolutely no organization! The bathrooms are disgusting! They need some serious cleaning and with the amount of people in there during a tournament they need an attendent to regularly keep them clean. There is no seating outside the arena for teams or families to relax and wait. They have absolutely no shade outside at their picnic tables which is the only seating they provide for the concession stand. The concession stand itself is absolutely horrific... It is so dirty and the people working it are not friendl"
