Incredible programs and trips that cover a wide variety of activities. If you are a VCU student I highly recommend taking at least one day trip with them as many are covered by your tuition and the rest are accessibly priced.

Nice people but sized my kayak wrong. After tying up, crawling across town with two kayaks on my roof, and untying, I discover the kayak is too small and no amount of adjusting makes it usable. Tie it back up, crawl back across town, and untie only to be told that they could give me credit for one kayak but the other was "chosen" not to be used. Like I was supposed to stand on the shore and wave as my gf kayaks around while I guard my unusable kayak. So not only did they keep my money for today, they arranged it so that next time I decide to go and use the credit, I'll have to pay for an additional kayak. Good business I guess, annoying to be the customer though.
