4 years agoGreat service! Parker was very helpful. $35 for 1.5 hours Free lockers if you bring your own lock. Yelp shows this business as closed on Mondays and it was totally open Call ahead of time to confirm. Better parking is north of the parking structure. Would def come here again!

7 months agoMy wife and I rented two paddle boards here for 2 hours. 15 minutes in we found a dead body floating in the water, called for help, ect and returned within 30 minutes traumatized and wanting out of the water as soon as possible. Asked for a refund and the teenagers working were unsure how to handle and told us to call the next day. I called the following morning asking for a refund and the guy on the phone was immediately incredibly rude. He said all they could provide was a voucher. I asked how we receive a voucher (we never want to go near this place again) and he said just come in and ask. I asked how they would know it was us and he started yelling at me for “asking weird questions” and hung up.

3 years agoActive duty military, tried to take my puppy paddle boarding and rented from this business. My boyfriend didn’t even want to paddle board but the guy at the front desk said two people couldn’t rent one paddle board so he made us rent two. Once we got on the boards our dog freaked out and got really scared. We were on the boards for maybe 10-15min and turned back around because we couldn’t calm her down. Asked if we could get a refund for the two hours and the guy straight up said no. I understand they’re trying to keep their business going, but come on. We were nice and respectful and under the circumstances, they should’ve been kind enough to give us a refund. Waste of $65. These people only care about money. Just know that before you choose to rent from them.

2 years agoWe had rented out paddle boards for the sole purpose of seeing the sea lions. We had specifically mentioned that we wanted to see them multiple times and the person working neglected to tell us they had left. When we paddled out we were disappointed to see that there was close to no sea lions and a fisherman said that they had been gone for the past two weeks or so. When we returned and asked about it, the person working said that he had knew about it. It was a poor business move to neglect to tell us when he had in fact known. Instead of going out for 1.5 hours we only went for 30 minutes since the reason for going paddle boarding wasn’t an option anymore.

5 years agoWe had a great experience with the stand up paddle rental here. It was our first time doing it and the lady explained very well to us how to use it and made us very comfortable. We got to paddle along the harbor and saw fish, birds and sea lions only few meters away. A highlight of our trip.
