"I chose Toty the clown to do face painting and balloon twisting for my daughter’s birthday party based on the reviews and hope that she will do a good job. Wow!! What a pleasant surprise! she did an amazing job! All of the parents complimented how beautiful all of the face paintings were. I was really glad it turned out great. Highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed."
