Perplexity Games Escape Room - Cleveland

The location was kind of hard to find, there was really only one sign I saw that was on the door. Staff was super friendly and kind (and great story tellers). It was just 2 of us so we only had one choice of room, the rest required 3 people. It was only 2 rooms and I don’t feel like there were too many puzzles within the rooms. I also hit my head while walking through the rooms… There’s also parts of the experience where the lights are completely off and we had to use our phones as flashlights… Also no white board offered and there’s no clear way to request a hint. Overall, it was a super cool looking room and the puzzles they did have were super unique!

My group and I had an incredible experience there in particular our game leader was very nice and friendly and very interactive with all of us. We’re all very Happy with our experience as first time escape room goers. We are excited to come back.

The Naughty List Christmas Escape Room was perfect for our birthday group of 5th graders. They were generous enough with the clues to help us keep moving but didn't give too much away. The kids had a ton of fun. Thanks for a great first escape room experience!

Diana was our hostess and her hospitality was great! The room was challenging enough to make us work for the solution but not so hard that we couldn't succeed. Since this was my first time doing an Escape Room I have to say it was fun and would definitely do it again. An awesome family activity!

This place rocks! My friend and I have done dozens of escape rooms, but this one stood out as a place with great puzzles, neat mechanics, and wonderful theming. The puzzles are unique and the rooms are well-laid out with varying levels of complexity, but both the rooms we did were great in their own different ways. Our game master, Sarah, also made it extra fun with a great sense of humour and a flair for leaning into the fun of the themes. I cannot recommend this place enough!
