What parents say
"Wide open dessert landscape. It's wild to see such a contrast of big city and nature. Trail was easy. There is no cover. So plan ahead for weather. It's a good place but not my favorite. It's great for being in town and getting to feel like you're not in town. Rock formations are fun."

"Such a beautiful area!🤑😍🙌 Perfect weather for a lil Christmas hiking😎🌞 Plus, the crowds at this location were pretty slim, so plenty of parking too AND space on the trails. Other trails around the Valley are far busier on this holiday🎄🎁"

"Nice hike, easy, and slightly moderate if you make the top. Nice view of Paradise Valley high end neighborhoods. Limited restroom and parking but not too bad. Restroom spells bad a little but again not too bad. People do park on the road by the homes close by the parking lot if the lot is full. There are a lot of dogs and dog parents on that trail, so be aware. There is a nice gazebo with two large benches and table to rest or wait for your friends/family etc. It’s facing the parking"
