a month agoI didn't get any food. Brought my own food in which is allowed. Nice Atmosphere. Fun Place. I didn't know it existed over on the Southside. Can't wait to go back there again.

a week agoThe Pittsburgh and Cleveland locations are gigantic and have multiple floors, which I totally was not expecting. I used to go to 16-Bit out in Columbus before they closed and merged with Pins. I kind of miss the hole-in-the-wall, small vibes it had with its little outdoor patio right on the front walkway though haha. It was my go to place anytime I was out there for a show. The Pittsburgh one is seriously huge, though. Even with large crowds of people there, it was still so spacious. The bartenders are quite literally the best, and it was just filled with great energy there overall. There's so many games to play, not just arcade machines either. There's even a giant tube slide that goes from the top floor to the bottom - which is very fun after a few drinks, i might add.

3 months agoI can write a thousand reviews about how great this place is. They have old school video games for people in their '50s who remember the arcades pinball machines they have ping-pong tables they have a light bright wall they have a slide from the second floor to the first floor and outdoor balcony with fire pits it is just an awesome awesome place in the staff there love their jobs and you can tell.B is wonderful can't say enough great things about her and all the quarters they collect because some of the video games you have to use quarters and a lot of them are free but they donate all those quarters which I mean you can argue that because it's outstanding I would highly recommend this place highly

a week agoMy sister booked a space to celebrate my son's graduation and had a $500 bar minimum (which we exceeded by $300). While the space was great, the bartenders seemed annoyed to be working and the workers in the Cage had basically the same unhelpful demeanor. 14 hours later she is still waiting for her text that our bowling lane is ready ("it'll be about 45 minutes") even tho we checked in every 15 min or so during our 2 hour reservation. All in all the graduate and his friends had fun (as there IS a lot to do and fun to be had), but for the amount of money you spend for a reserved space, you'd expect to have someone (like an event "point person" from the place) at least come and check on you and if see if you needed anything.

a month agoThe idea is great… however the execution fails. There is no food. The wait staff is not found easily. Bartenders are rude. Drinks are way too expensive (24 bucks for a Tito’s and soda!?!). There are unattended children all over the place… screaming, running into you, throwing various balls everywhere. The adults aren’t much better. Free video games are cool (when they work), but you have to pay for pinball or anything else. Wait times for bowling, etc are ridiculous.
