"I was up at the Mansion this past weekend on the 22nd of April and it was chilly around 8am but free of lots of people with just a handful of viewers. - The peeked through the clouds giving a wonderful array of light down on the city as if it was Blessing the City :) - The interior was closed, due to construction, however the grounds were nice to see and I managed to take numerous pictures of the grounds and the City below. - There were Zero Homeless camps near the Mansion on the SW side not sure about the East side of the Mansion. - A nice walk is coming up from Hoyt Arboretum then it is down"

"Cool place. You can walk the grounds no charge and the view is exceptional so definitely do that, but it’s also worth a few bucks to tour inside, especially if you’re interested in history. I found it entertaining and educational however I AM a 52 year old woman not raised on video games & instant gratification so…"

"Loved our visit to the mansion. We only enjoyed the grounds. We did not tour the interior of the mansion, but it looked stunning with the glimpses we caught walking by. The grounds were gorgeous and free. You do have to pay to park, and parking is somewhat limited. Again, the grounds are beautiful and the view of downtown and Mt. Hood are stunning on a clear day! Well worth the time to visit!!"
