"We went here on opening day. It was awesome. You walk in and pay $25 for 3 hours. You sign a paper release. They have cubbies or lockers all free of charge. The lockers are free but you have to give your ID as a security deposit. There are no shoes in the whole place. They have sensory headphones and two themed sensory rooms for use as needed. They have a small cafe with soft pretzels, chips and queso, hot dogs, chips, candy and Pepsi products. They take cards throughout the whole building. They have a craft area with color scratch crowns. We loved the ball pits, slide with tubes, the ball pit"

"The Play Palace, launched today on E. Henrietta Rd., is a fantastic venue that offers a unique experience. The facility features sensory rooms and provides accommodations for neurodivergent children, making it an excellent choice for families. The venue also offers light snacks and refreshments. I had a pleasant conversation with the owner and highly recommend visiting if you have the opportunity."

"What a wonderful surprise. This play place was so much fun for my 2 and 7 year old yesterday. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the facility itself is thoughtfully designed. It was even fun for the grown-ups who came."
