4 months agoI just went to watch my daughter play for a school event. Everything seems nice and updated. Not like other dank bowling alleys I've been to! It doesn't look or smell old. My daughter had a lot of fun playing, and that's saying something...we can't usually get her out of the house away from video games. We will be back more often!

3 months agoThe bartender was exceedingly rude and disrespectful. I ordered an Old Fashioned and received a dismissive response, stating that they don’t serve those types of drinks. When I asked for a shot, I was met with rolled eyes and lackluster service. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this; otherwise, I would have let it slide. This is genuinely the final straw for me. My family enjoys gathering here, but he is undoubtedly the worst in customer service I've encountered in the industry. True customer service metrics include attitude, effort, integrity, leadership, passion, and presence, and he is failing on all counts. I'm unsure why he is still employed here, but it would be best to let him go. If you own the business, it might be time to reconsider your role. However, I understand that running a business can be challenging, and sometimes issues like these can slip through the cracks. Perhaps a conversation with the staff about customer service expectations could be beneficial, ensuring everyone is on the same page about the level of professionalism required. On a more positive note, I do appreciate the atmosphere and the quality of the drinks when served by other bartenders. It's a place with great potential, and with a few improvements, it could become an even more welcoming space for patrons like my family and me. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive step toward making the necessary changes for a better experience for all guests.

2 weeks agoIt could have been a better place, but the bartender, older Asian lady. She... well, I doesnt know anything about being a bartender... doesn't even know what a Kamakasi drink is.... and won't take any directions... then my beer price kept changing... idk... if the staff was knowledgeable and cared and gave a dam... this place would rock.. but clearly, the owners are asleep at the wheel.

a year agoThis is a very nice place for bowling, pool, and cornhole. They have a bar for drinks and room for scheduled events in the back. It is very clean and has what is needed to host a fun event or a party. My only complaint would be that the parking lot lights were not functional. You could still see because of the light from the surrounding businesses, but it was a little dark in front of P&S. Overall, a great experience.

3 months agoI Love this place, its like my home away from home. the staff and servers are great and food is good. Lanes are well taken care of and it's also pretty spacious compared to other places I've been. I bought a couple balls from the pro shop they did a great job setting me up at a good price. Very pleased :)
