6 months agoBeautiful park to walk around. We parked in downtown and then just walked to the park. The fountain looks really nice. We took the incline afterwards and saw the aerial view of the fountain and it's very impressive. This park is perfect to see all the sights around the the three rivers and the skyline of downtown Pittsburgh. A must see place in the city and it is free.

6 months agoPoint State Park is a beautiful spot in downtown Pittsburgh where the city’s three rivers—the Monongahela, Allegheny, and Ohio—converge. The park offers stunning views of the rivers and surrounding skyline, and the iconic fountain at the point is a must-see. It’s a great place to relax, have a picnic, or take a walk along the riverfront trails. With plenty of green space, historical markers, and the Fort Pitt Museum nearby, it’s an ideal spot for both locals and tourists. The merging of the rivers gives the park a unique natural and historical significance, as this confluence was critical to early settlement and trade in the area. Highly recommend for a peaceful afternoon or learning a bit of Pittsburgh’s history!

4 months agoWhat a beautiful park! I would love to come back in the summer time when the weather is a bit warmer. Great view of the Steelers stadium. I enjoyed seeing the small fish jumping in the water. I wouldn’t imagine a metropolitan park to be so peaceful. On Thanksgiving day, we even saw people playing flag football here.
