What parents say
"Mall is fine most of the time. I mainly want to give the mall bunny pop up shop 2 stars because they rushed me and my daughter through photos yesterday and it was not a fun or happy experience. Now I can understand when there is a long line and they need to keep it flowing but I made reservations for 6pm and there was absolutely no one waiting behind us. Of course a 3 year old will have reservations about a huge bunny who makes zero effort to seem friendly or welcoming. Before we were even seated the woman working the camera was yelling "Look this way" etc. I really would have liked to had a m"

"We visited on a weekday, so it wasn’t very crowded, which made for a relaxing shopping experience. The sales associate who helped us was very friendly and professional. We were looking for a gift for a friend and ended up purchasing a Balenciaga card holder. The sales associate even thoughtfully gift-wrapped it for us in a cute package. There were also quite a few discounted items from Balenciaga and Christian Louboutin. Overall, a great experience!"
