Ponderosa Park

"In the Sunnyvale and Santa Clara neighborhood this one is one of the best parks. You get plenty of space to sit and walk around. They have 2 tennis court with 1hr play time and one basket ball court. It's full of trees, has a very big grassland. A good kids play area. Enough places to have your pet run around. Overall a nice relaxing place in the Evening. Parking: Have decent parking within the park area inside. Look for the entry gate adjacent to the park."

"Playground is currently closed and under construction until October or so. This is a great neighborhood park, with a large picnic area and lawn, but it's needed an upgrade for a while."

"Calm and neat park with barbeque area, children's play area, winding paths great for skating or biking or walking, benches and lots of shade trees for a quiet picnic and a vast ground ideal for running, dog walking, volleyball, badminton, frisbee, kiteflying when the wind picks up etc. I have also seen a lot of Indian communities gather here regularly for meetups and events. The park also comes with a basketball court and tennis courts and 2 private parking lots."
