Had a great experience, purchased tickets online very easy process. Check in process super easy as well. Had some much fun with my 9yr daughter, she had a blast. Only down side it’s super hot inside no air conditioning or fans blowing cool air. Besides that’s I recommend 100, children of all ages will definitely enjoy.

I really wanted to love this. It was huge and looked fun from the outside and the description, but the actual experience was not great. First if you want to bounce without shoes and shoe covers, you either leave your shoes in a pile or rent a locker for $5. Either way, when you come out the other side, you’ll have to walk around back to the beginning on NYC sidewalks in your sock feet to get them back. Ew. So most people wore shoes - which made getting stepped on pretty painful. Also the lockers are too small for even a modestly sized bag so you have to jump with all your stuff. Unfortunately my daughter and I both had backpacks which made getting through some obstacles tough. The half hour timed entry slots meant that there is a pileup at the beginning and tons of people all enter at the same time. It made the first ball pit overly crowded and everyone was stepping all over each other. Would have been better to just stagger entries 5-10 minutes apart to control the flow of people. So many balls in the first pit that it was hard to find footing and kids were going all the way under and having trouble getting back out. The rest was a little more fun, but pretty uneventful. DJ was trying to shoot foam “snow” in the winter section but couldn’t figure out that his huge fan was sucking it up and blowing it backwards so none actually made it into the play area. Good for a couple fun photos and a light workout. Adults will be bored or irritated by the overcrowding and all the younger kids I saw looked scared in the first section. Also, you get a half hour but can only go through one way. If you want to do it again you have to go all the way back to the beginning. All in all, not sure it was worth $20pp.

Make sure of your arrival time, and that you get the right bracelet. We arrived at 3:30 and by 3:45 staff were asking us to leave. Most of them are polite but there was an older man sitting at the back (the last section) who yelled at my two daughters (5 and 7 year old). We are a Latino family, my kids hear yelling all the time, this man made them cry when asking them to leave. Imagine that! We waited to talk to the person in charge 10 minutes and she said “you have 5 more minutes, you can come back inside”. After more complaining, she eventually gave us new bracelets that allowed us 30 minutes more. She never apologized about the man in the back. Never apologized about giving us the wrong bracelet. It was also raining lightly. Of course, nobody has control over that, but the bouncy house has several leaking areas, specially between sections. So check the weather because even light rain will get you wet feet.

Took my son in his birthday and we had a blast. He had such a great time and the staff was super nice and fun. We can't wait for pop in the city to come back so we can go again.
