a month agoTook the kiddos to PowerPlay and while they had a good time with what little was working, it was honestly pretty disappointing. The majority of the machines were broken or out of order, and the few that were working were often being hogged by people just sitting there, not even playing—just blocking others from using them. It was sad to see such a fun concept go to waste due to poor maintenance and lack of supervision. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

2 weeks ago0 stars if I could. Over 50% of the games are down, basketball and skee ball has all the balls in only a couple games, games accept your credits but don't work. Spent a hundred bucks and the kids up front happily accepted it but didn't say anything about all the broken games. No refunds but none of our stuff works, what a scam this place is.

a month agoHopefully this review will save someone the time and money since the front desk does not inform you after your non refundable payment. 80% of the arcade games do not work and the ones that do are half broken or missing the things you need to play. All the fun indoor activities are also down. The place smells bad of urine and the restrooms were so bad I couldn’t even handle being in there for 30 seconds. No soap at the sinks as well. I can not believe this place is still in business, it has so much potential but the owner has clearly given up. I can’t imagine the amount of germs here, please bring hand sanitizer if you are coming. This was a beyond disappointing experience. Oh yeah no food as well the laser tag does not work either. Like seriously nothing works, you’re just walking around hoping to find one single thing to do. Don’t come here

a month agoI recently visited Powerplay with my toddler, looking for a fun day of games and attractions. Unfortunately, our experience was a bit underwhelming. First off, we were disappointed to find that two of the attractions we were most excited about, the kid train and the Ferris wheel, were out of service. These were key reasons for choosing this place, especially for our little one, and their absence really took away from the experience. The arcade itself was okay, but one thing that stood out was how the floor hadn't been vacuumed in a while. It felt a little unkempt, dingy and detracted from the overall atmosphere. As for the food, we decided to try the pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was unfortunately disappointing—it tasted quite cheap, lacking any real flavor or quality. However, the mozzarella sticks were a bright spot, and we enjoyed those. Overall, Powerplay has potential with its variety of games and attractions, but the maintenance issues and food quality left a lot to be desired. It’s a fun option if you’re nearby, but don’t expect everything to be in top shape.

2 months agoIf you see this place, keep on driving! Took my family here for some fun during the cold winter months. Building had no heat. Also about 40 percent of the rides and games were out of order or not working. Aging facility with ran down equipment. No soap in restrooms. Dirty establishment. I think there are better experiences across town than powerplay.
