2 months agoWe had my son’s 6th bday party on a Saturday. It went smooth. I do wish we had 15-20mins to set up vs 5 mins. It was a nice size room and loved the idea of the kids signing a shirt and the birthday kid gets to put a handprint on the wall. We enjoyed the fact that all the kids could go run and do what they wanted. I think there could be an adult waiting area with chairs but they made it work for us. So overall I’m happy and it was fun for everyone. I would deff recommend a birthday party for your littles

a month agoThere’s lots to do and the other parents were very nice but whoever was at the desk today definitely needed an attitude change. Walking around condescendingly saying “no no friends” to a bunch of toddlers behaving like toddlers is kind of insane. By the looks on the other parents faces throughout the play areas they seemed annoyed too. I don’t think I’ve been to a play place that has so many rules for each piece of equipment to play with. Specifically in the toddler/younger kid area where there’s a ball pit yet there’s a sign to keep the balls in? (Not that small toddlers can read) Like they’re toddlers- they’re going to throw the balls. It’s part of their development. And yes it would be nice for parents to pick them up but that’s not how everyone is. My toddler literally spent 5 minutes picking up the balls after someone else’s older kid threw them everywhere because the lady walked by and said to keep them in the ball area. Like 1. Don’t blame a child who didn’t do it and just wanted to help and 2. if children behaving like children is an issue maybe don’t have a younger kids area? Like I said lots to do but maybe only go if your kids are 5+.

4 months agoWe love this place! It has a lot to offer for all different ages. My 7 year old really loves the air hockey table, and so do I!

2 weeks agoI have sent my daughters to this facility for multiple events. Paid them 1,000’s of dollars in activities. Today… much less the very first time I was late, I mixed up the times for pick up. To be reprimanded by whom I think is the manager, like a child is very upsetting. I do not need to be told that “if this happens again, my children will no longer be able to attend events.” I am a mother managing a very busy schedule and a human who is allowed to make mistakes. I am also a mental health clinician who works with many people in the community and try to find understanding in people’s behaviors, but am struggling to find the understanding in the way that I was poorly treated today. This is not the way to treat customers, much less returning customers and mothers in your local community providing support to your business for years. I am very saddened by this experience and feel forced to take our business elsewhere.

5 months agoMy son and I have really enjoyed all aspects of this place! We attend classes and the routine that they follow along with the flexibility inside of the routine is a great balance! Their attempt to accommodate children and families is wonderful, I can’t imagine how hard that is with the large groups and diversity of needs. I, as a busy parent like most, also appreciate the emails we get weekly that are very detailed and well laid out, it’s a GREAT reminder system. We attended our first open gym and it was a blast. We enjoyed the fun background music and atmosphere. It was previously stated that it was very loud and I believe the staff and company did their due diligence to make a change. It was also great to see many signs posted around so that children and adults had a very clear knowledge of the expectations throughout the gym so everyone was safe and kiddos of all ages could have fun. As always, Ms Danielle welcomed us with a smile! We are so happy to have found a fun indoor gym to enjoy!
