"We stopped briefly here as part of a late-season, "hop-on, hop-off" Providence bus tour, along with just one other couple. The view is fall-color splendid, and the spirit of the great baptist pioneer and reformer, Roger Williams seems perfectly and permanently represented in stone forever."
