Providence Place Cinemas 16 and IMAX

I've been to the Imax theater once last year to see Napoleon. This year, we stopped in to catch Red One. This was shown on the regular screen. The screen size was fine, the sound system decent, but the chairs weren't the most comfortable. I highly recommend eating before you go to see a show as the food is very, very expensive. A half full box of Butterfingers, package of Gummi Bears and a small water, $18.43. The matinee ticket price was $14. Truly a captive audience. Enjoy the movie, eat elsewhere first.

Great picture and sound. The seats looked clean and were nice and comfortable. The floor was filthy though. Lots of trash already there when we walked into the theater. Also, the trash bins smelled bad as we walked by. Notices helpful staff as some people walked in late and needed assistance finding their seats. Update. Visited the IMAX side this time. The bathroom facilities needs attention. A faucet that worked was paired with a soap dispenser that didn’t work and vice & the stalls were dirty. 😣 the theater itself was fine.

Had a great visit to watch the Minecraft Movie. Place was clean and had a playable PS2 for some reason at the enterance.

Always a good time. A little dated and the floors are so sticky from the soda machine that drips all over the lobby .... you can't help but step in it and it tracks into the theater... kinda gross.

Fantastic theater nothing bad to.say about it but, the parking sucks. Supposed to be 2 dollars got charged twice by the garage for 5.99 and 8.99. They gotta do something about that, but, I guess the parking garage ceo needs a bigger yacht so they are trying to pull a fast one hoping most people won't notice or try to contact their credit card company to fix this. You know I am.and already did
