Pump It Up Bartlett Kids Birthdays and More

This place is not worth their prices! $600 for a deluxe package, they rushed us in and out. Our pizza arrived 25 mins early, the worker asked if we wanted to go ahead and eat it since it was here. I asked if we were going to be able to come back and play for our remaining time since we are ahead of schedule, she told me no we would just lose the time. Once our play time was finished, the worker passed out pizza(5 larges), giving multiple slices to people before coming to the other side of the room, just to hurry up and get rid of it. She told us once the birthday girl FINISHED her pizza we would sing happy birthday, and cut the cake. Before she was even half way done with her pizza, she was lighting the candles an we were singing, also the cake was ruin on one side as if it was roughly taken out of the box. Not to mention how rushed she was cutting my daughter’s cake while i passed out the cupcakes. We ate cake for a few minutes before throwing stuff away, after that she told us we had 3 minutes to leave. We paid for 25kids, we had 19 show up but we were charged for 32 kids because there system didn’t recognize the “duplicate “ names on our list, our end total was $784 the party package was only $594, they didn’t say anything about the extra names I had to ask and that’s when they went through our waiver list and seen “7 extra kids”. Also i called before hand to see if we were allowed to come a few minutes early to clean our area, she insured me that they clean all the areas before each party, which is also NOT true . We were out of the play room by 5pm, I forgot my daughter shoes in the room and went back for them, and there was already the next party playing in the room. not even 5 minutes later 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Everything was great accept, getting less than what was paid for. We did the glow and was told all kids would get glow sticks etc… nope! Just the arena room nothing more. Party host was great pizza cold but my kid enjoyed herself!!

Every birthday party has their own jumping room with a limit and their own eating area, which is very small but overall it's a great facility. I would suggest more chair for the adults while the children plays, some of our adults had to stand..and there is a bench too but if you have a large party , I suggest bring your own chairs ,they didn't have enough chairs to accommodate everyone

My grandson had a party here.plenty of jumping setups for the kids and nice decorations.Workers help with the serving of food and very attentive

This is such a nice place. The patties are very well organized. The bouncers are always very clean. I have been here on 3 different occasions I have never experienced mean employees. I only have had positive experiences. No complaints at all.
