"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had seen so many negative reviews and almost changed my mind, but I'm glad I booked this. It was a good solution for a 1 year old birthday. Most of the kiddie play places would bore the older kids, and the older play areas would be out of the little kid's ability. Pump it Up was a nice happy medium where kids of all ages had a blast. The caterers are all familiar with this location so they show up right at the time you're allowed to set up your room. It's all very organized! I'm very happy with how our day turned out for my son's 1st rotation a"

"WAY too many kids in a small place, absolute mad house and honestly dangerous. Water fountains don’t work, bathrooms disgusting. We paid for 2 hours and staid for 25 minutes (too long)"
