Pump It Up Raleigh Kids Birthdays and More

What a great experience for my son’s 4th birthday. We have had 3 birthdays here and it is worth every penny. Every kid has a great time. You might have some injuries but the staff is amazing.

This is the second party that we have hosted at Pump It Up Raleigh, and it was another outstanding experience! From the time we arrived to the time that we left, we felt very well taken care of. Someone met us outside at our car to help us bring in our supplies, they efficiently organized us to go to our bounce room. In the bounce rooms, the bubble machine was a big hit along with the great music and the new inflatables. Also, the staff were all wonderful, warm, and attentive. They decorated the final party room with their decorations and ours and it was perfect. They helped serve the kids and clean up. Every little request was managed very nicely. I would highly recommend this Pump It Up to anyone! Special thanks to Kelly, Bryce, and Lindsey!!

I took my self-contained class for Valentine’s Day yesterday. Demarcus checked us in and continued to check on us the entire time. He was so thoughtful and kind to my students. My kids also loved the whole experience! We will come again.

I had my sons 4th birthday party and it was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had everything we ever needed: candles. Plates, silverware, napkins, lighter. They took pictures during the party so I didn’t have to. They helped pack up and set up. I really got to just enjoy the party and the kids had so much fun!!!

The staff was nice and helpful. I wasn't crazy that the kids only had an hour to jump and play and then an hour in the party room. First, that is not enough time for the kids to jump and play out some of their energy, and their jump room is small. Then they put them in a room for an hour for pizza and cake. (I don't know how other parents' kids eat, but at most mine can eat that in 30 minutes tops.) Second they order the pizza from Domino's which some packages include pizza but if you want to add additional pizzas it's $12 for a lage 1 topping pizza and you need to know when you get there or you will have to wait for it to come?? And for what you pay for, for one of these parties is a little on the expensive side. I won't be booking a party with this company.
