2 weeks agoOkay so the place is nice when u walk in the waterpark is nice to the problem is the two first elavators are broken so we had to walk all thw way done the hall. The elavators take so long to but when we got to our floor it was a mess it smelled like ciggerets and there were baby stuff everywhere so we went to our room and they gave me the wrong room so i had to go back down. In the water park my kids told me the lifeguards arent even paying attention and they dont care of anything only if your hurt. Do not recommend 4/10

2 weeks agoA few bugs and cracked walls. The room that my friends and family stayed in smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom vent does not have a cover, which is not safe. Hallways smell like food, sink is cracked and I saw a sticker on the bed. do not stay here!

a month agoThe hotel is old and everything is dirty. The room smells awful and is filthy. The walls and ceiling are stained. The smoke detector was removed, and the bathroom ventilation fan was also missing—just a hole with disconnected wires. Probably because of that, the moldy smell is terrible. The whole place just reeks. When I checked in past 11 PM, there was someone yelling at the entrance—possibly drunk or on drugs. The atmosphere in the lobby was eerie, with no furniture at all. It felt like everything had been repossessed after a bankruptcy. It honestly felt like staying in an abandoned building. The elevator next to the lobby was also broken and unusable. Absolutely the worst. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the U.S.

4 months agoFirst it's definitely outdated, the heater in our room didn't work, the remote to TV didn't work, told them in the morning offered to come look at it but we were leaving so told him no just wait till we left. The breakfast didn't have much. Needed to get extra toilet paper from front desk. There was no extra blankets in the room. Won't be staying there again.

7 months agoI don't know why the reviews are so awful for this place. We had no issues at all whatsoever! Room was CLEAN, even smelled clean! The air conditioning worked great and room was nice and cold throughout our stay. Friendly people at the front desk. Big, comfy beds with lots of pillows. Didn't use the shower but the bathroom was super clean as well. It's exactly what you would expect, yes the building is old and the hallways do smell a bit like cigarettes but the room we had was fine. Would come back here!
