Today my family and I visited the farm. What we liked: there are parking spaces, spacious territory, free entrance, clean toilets, friendly staff. There are vegetable gardens with different plants on the territory, there is even a children's vegetable garden. Of course, we were happy to see the animals: goats, sheep, llamas, pigs, cows, colorful chickens. All the animals are clean and well-groomed. There is even a cozy library with toys on the territory, where you can relax with your child. There are many gazebos and tables on the territory, you can take food and drinks with you and enjoy nature. We were there on December 1 and saw a wonderful Christmas tree market. I am sure that in the summer it is even better here, we definitely recommend it!

I recently attended Queens Farm Museum, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. For a free event, the quality was outstanding! The farm itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of history, nature, and fun. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable for visitors of all ages. There were so many engaging activities for both kids and adults, and the attention to detail in the programming was fantastic. The farm’s peaceful atmosphere made it a great escape from the city, and I loved the opportunity to see the animals up close, explore the grounds, and learn about agriculture in such a hands-on way. Considering this was a free event, the quality far exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find such a well-organized, high-quality experience without an admission fee. I highly recommend visiting Queens Farm Museum whether you’re attending an event or just looking to spend a day outdoors!

Owned and operated by NYC, it’s one of a kind park to visit. Saved from oblivion by string of lucky historical turns of events, the farm is oasis among dense urban development. I have appreciated free farm house tour with historical details, it was highlight of the visit. I wish the farm would allow to purchase food to feed the animals, it would provide for much more engaging interaction with visitors.

A hidden gem. I highly recommend the tour of the farm house to bring this place to life. I loved it. And it's free! Thank you! While so much has changed about the WAY we do things, people of yesteryear had similar concepts of WHAT they wanted to do. It's fascinating to see how they came up with ways to accomplish daily chores (which took an hour, day or week) with their limited tools. What respect. Men, women and children all contributed. Amazing. Would have stayed longer to feed the animals, do the Amazing Maize maze and explore so much more, if not for the chilly fall wind.
