Recreation Unlimited Outdoor Lot

Recreation Unlimited has excellent customer service and friendly staff. They are very professional, helpful, and reliable. We have purchased sheds several times through the years and have received quality products and services every time.

We purchased a Goalrilla and a Child Life play system for our 2 boys in the summer of 2013. The customer service we received from Nick at the Noblesville, IN location was second to none. During one visit to the store, we had our toddler with us and Nick was patient enough to communicate to both of us while we chased our toddler from play set to play set. We even bumped into him working the RU booth at the State Fair, he remembered us and reassured us that if we had any questions or problems that he would never be too busy to hear us out. The installation team worked their butts off to build our play system, and even tossed the ball to our crazy dog a few times. The Goalrilla installation is a week long process, and the 2 guys that came to install the anchor to the pole were super friendly. In spite of the extremely hot temperatures on the day of their work, they were kind enough to make small talk and engage with our children and dog. They cleaned up their mess and left no trace. A week later, our goal was installed an 100% functional. Both items we purchased are high quality items and we are proud to have them on our property. We are certain that our children are creating a lifetime of memories on their new play system and we have a basketball star in training. If I had to find any complaint, it would be the price...but we looked at it as an investment.

I have purchased 3 big items there, a big playground. A basketball goal and most recently a hot tub. Their prices are very fair. They have excellent customer service and their installers make the purchase and delivery easy. Other hot tub places said they would leave the hot tub at the curb, but with Recreation Unlimited they got it delivered to my back yard patio, filled it up and showed me how to use the chemicals. If I have any follow up questions they have helped.

We Purchase a Basketball goal a Recreation Unlimited. They put it up for us when my boys were still in high school. The Grand kids are enjoying it now. It was expensive but has held up and still looks good.

Recreation Unlimited was a great experience for me and my son. He is 7 and enjoyed the trampolines endlessly. Needless to say he was a little upset when it was time to go home. Definately coming back!!
