"REI has been my go-to store for over 20 years, and I truly appreciate the quality and reliability of the gear I've purchased there. The staff is consistently helpful and knowledgeable, which enhances my shopping experience. However, I’ve noticed that the selection of men’s apparel and accessories can sometimes feel a bit limited. I believe that expanding this section could really enhance the offerings for customers like me(size). I would have often purchased more items if the size was available. 90% of the time, the items I desire are unavailable in my size. Overall, I remain a loyal customer "

"I came in looking to replace most of the main components of my hiking/camping gear [sleeping bag, pack, and sleeping pad]. While looking at packs Robert walked over and immediately offered assistance if I needed it. I decided to accept his offer and we spent the next hour or so talking through different specs of each item, cost vs quality and features. I walked out with everything I needed and felt extremely confident in the advice Robert had to give me.
