Simply put - the sales associate Will was one of the best customer service reps I have encountered in years traveling across the globe. I would hire him for my own business. Not only did he have a good attitude, he went above and beyond to help me. Promote him

I found a few hard to find essential items online and put a small order for pick up and it was ready as soon as the store had opened. Upon arrival this store was amazingly spacious and had a huge selection of full out camping supplies, shoes, clothes and gear. I'll definitely be back when I'm not in such a hurry. There were even a few places inside the store to lounge set up clearly for a social gathering.

5 stars for Owen in the bike shop! He literally kept my business for REI after the awful attitude from the other chubby dude. This was back in December, but every time ive been back, Owen is super helpful.

Rei has very selective discounts they mail out. Typically not applying to much of anything and their prices on sale are achievable on most sights not on sale. I bought the membership and it's not been worth it as most purchases do not generate points the membership promises.

This is the best shoe store ever! They are so helpful and friendly!! Shout out to Annie and Owen for taking care of me!! Also get a membership here! The perks are fantastic!!
