a month agoI had a very unpleasant experience at this REI location. The employee I interacted with was dismissive and unhelpful, making the shopping experience frustrating. Instead of providing good customer service, they seemed annoyed by basic questions and showed little interest in assisting me. It’s clear that customer service is an ongoing issue at this store, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

2 months agoHow are you going to give me a gift card that expires in just a couple weeks of receiving it. Lady at the desk explained to me I can use it anytime. That’s what I get for signing up for a membership for this place, very sneaky
