They also keep charging $50 registration fees, on top of a $177 class. So classes are really $227. Also they will not let your child make up a class. So if you have an emergency or if your class falls on say Halloween, you're out the price of a class."

"I 100% disagree with ROG response to handling upfront money that I have paid for a class that was cancelled due to COVID. The have only given families ONE option: enroll from June 8 – July 25th. No credits will overflow into the fall schedules. ROG has not responded to my emails or messages asking to discuss this matter. I’m not asking for a refund; I don’t feel comfortable sending my child until there’s more certainty. As a family, we had other obligations this summer; we only enroll our kids in extracurriculars during the school year. This is the way my family budget is set. I understand not"
