"Update: I can’t reply to their reply so I am editing my comment. To answer their question no I do not have proof. I had to go in after being told on the phone that they cannot accept cancellations over the phone. I had lost a parent 5 days before that and so I did not think to request a copy of the cancellation I signed. I will admit that was 100% my fault and take accountability. There was also zero calls/messages to myself from August 2023-December 10th 2024. I actually was only getting your marketing emails. On August 10,2024 I received a text inviting me to rejoin. "I’m pleasantly surprised with how nice this facility is. They offer everything you could want or need in a gym. Pools, tennis courts, table tennis, pickle ball, a hot tub, outdoor workout equipment, CrossFit area, Zumba area, team/class facilities, dumb bells, barbells, cables, etc… you name it, this place has it. Very clean. Everyone seems to be quite respectful. Good place to get your health on!"
