"Beautiful in every way. I love the trails with the river adjacent. There is green all around you. If you enjoy nature you'll love River Legacy. There are big picnic areas for outdoor events and so much space for kids to run around or play in the playgrounds. Easily my favorite park in the DFW."

"River Legacy Parks is the ultimate blend of nature, mystery, and relaxation! Spotted a bobcat who seemed to judge my hiking skills, heard suspicious rustling that was either Bigfoot or a very enthusiastic squirrel, and found the perfect hammock locations to contemplate life (or escape from Bigfoot, just in case). Whether you’re here for the trails, the wildlife, or just to swing lazily in your hammock pretending you’re Bear Grylls, this park has it all. 10/10 would recommend bringing snacks – for you, not the bobcat."
