"I live here next to River Trails Park. I love every thing about the park, bike trails and the neighborhoods."

"Running trail starts here and follows along the Trinity River (eventually connecting under Loop 820 but currently under construction). The trail is smooth, wide, and mostly flat. A peaceful and quiet place to run!"
