Rock Spot Climbing: Boston-Dedham

"We celebrated my son’s 9th Birthday at Rock Spot yesterday. And I have to say they made entertaining, challenging and wearing out 16 very high-energy 3rd graders incredibly easy. They did everything so we could just show up and enjoy the fantastic space. Our group had three dedicated staff who knew how to get the kids engaged with top-notch and safe instruction. The party room up stairs was spacious and set up with table cloths, plates, cutlery, balloons and gift bags complete with t-shirts for everyone. They arranged for the pizzas that were actually quite good and not marked up ridiculously."

"Great setting, friendly staff! Nice variety in the bouldering area, and there are both top rope and autobelays. The top rope wall is pretty short so the climbs feel bouldery"

"Best setting ever! I don’t tend to leave reviews, but this place deserves it. I loved the variety of climbs and holds. Everything I tried was engaging, interesting, and felt accurately graded. Plenty of traverses too, which lots of gyms lack. I was there while they were resetting and it was great to watch the crew do their thing - they clearly know what they are doing! The girl at the front desk was also super sweet and helpful. I’ll be going far out of my way to come back here for sure!"
