"Terrible place. No runs for beginners. Constantly closed sections for repairs. But what killed it for me was their loose dog policy. Dogs can just run around there and chill under climbers. So falling climbers have to choose between breaking an ankle or crushing a dog. I wrote to the manager about this and never got a reply. I don't think they care. Do not go here. Worst climbing gym around."

"We had a preseason team bonding party at Rockreation for my son’s ice hockey team. The boys loved it. Everything was well organized, the employees explained how to get into the belaying harnesses and climbing shoes, and tied them to a safety rope that is suspended from the ceiling, which allows the employee to be sure the climber does not fall to the ground (belaying). All the boys climbed the myriad of walls with various degrees of difficulty. They had a blast. There’s also a separate room where we set up food and drink. Totally great experience."

"Rockreation is a great place for team events or training/exercise. The staff are welcoming and accommodating, and you feel at home whether you’re a beginner or expert in climbing. I definitely recommend this business for a fun and unique outing."
