2 weeks agoWent for a neighbors birthday and we all brought our kids. The lack of security in the building allowed several fights with teenagers to break out. There had to be 6-7 fights. Until they closed for the evening. So my family and I only spent an hour in the building. $80 for two adults and 3 kids. For less than an hour of actual skating in between fights. No refunds issued. Even a re-skate would have been nice. The lack of compensation for my hard earned money. I will never comeback to this establishment. You know you didn’t have security to keep those teenagers from fighting. My recommendation is don’t go. Make the owner sale the business. Wait until a new company takes it over and breathes life back into the Skating industry.

2 years agoGood clean family fun! They have plenty of seating, arcade, games with a prize booth, and food/drinks. I'd say full service and safe. I'd say I appreciate the effort they made to decorate making it look very festive. Photos Complimentary of the Google Pixel 6 Pro

2 years agoThis place needs a serious overhaul! The lack of quality is insane. The arcade is all either dysfunctional or off for some reason, the place seems dusty like genuinely dusty, and the skates you rent were horrible. Also they didn’t take credit cards on the day I went so we had a 20+ minute delay because a family didn’t have the cash. The workers are stern, which is understandable in certain situations but straight up rude in others. Overall I would NEVER recommend you going here. Find a nice parking lot, get some lights and a boombox, and enjoy it on your own time. This is the closest thing I found in RVA to a classic “roller skating park”. They did have the bare minimum: lights, outdated music, skate rental, lockers, and they took cash. Again, the bare minimum.

4 months agoFacilities was dirty looked like they haven’t vacuumed the floors in months. The music was not skating music. The skating was all over the place. Where people were doing there own things. There were gaps in the carpet that made it hard to skate on. So sad to see the rink in that condition. The floor was dirty that my wheels had stuff all over them and when I asked if they had wheel cleaner I was told it was not working along with all the other machines they had in there. When you tried to request a song to be played they ignored you.

3 years agoThis place needs a complete overhaul!!! It is extremely dirty the carpets and benches are extremely stained the skates are in poor condition! And admission is required even if you are not skating which would not be a problem if the seating was clean and comfortable I haven’t been here in years and hoped tht it would have gotten better but it hasn’t.
