"My family and I ABSOLUTELY loved the staff and this place!!! They were extremely helpful with my million questions, never made me feel like I was bothering them! Just completely 100% amazing staff!!! Even helping us get in and out the kayaks. I can’t express enough gratitude to them all!! Thank you so so so much!!! Definitely coming back!! UPDATE: Someone asked if there a bike lock here, I think I did see somewhere you can lock your bike in. I hope that helps!"

"The staff here is great and they have plenty of rentals! We always come here when we visit. Military discounts! Way to go y'all! Porta potties on site. Clean. There's a handicapped one that gives you enough space to change into your gear if you need to. Shoe storage at the dock. You can rent a waterproof bag for your phone and fob. Great for families, groups, singles, friends"

"1000% recommend. We went on the Krystal Kayak trip with Luke. It was an easy and entertaining guided tour which would be great for beginners. Luke was super knowledgeable about Austin and Texas wildlife. My only regret is we didn’t do a longer tour. I’ll definitely be back!"
