6 years agoWent there to walk my dog, but there were several people there with a total of four dogs--all four unleashed. Had to leave. It is not fair to one dog on a leash to have to confront four unleashed ones. Not my first bad experience at Ryan Park. Usually it is filled with trash and broken bottles everywhere. Went again today (Sunday, 5-20-18) because it is the only place I can walk my dog that is flat (I have a bad back and troublesome leg problems). If it weren't for my physical issues, I would never visit this dump. I'm not sure why some people have posted that it is such a great place; although, if (as a couple of reviewers wrote) they "drop their kids off and leave and their kids love it", they obviously don't know what it is like. I doubt that kids would care very much about the trash all over the place--unless they get bitten by one of the rats running about. The City of Cincinnati should be ashamed of itself for allowing such a trashy, unkempt place to exist as a city park. The baseball diamonds can't be used because they are almost always swimming in standing water, and the entire infields are covered with growing weeds. But hey...we have new bars and restaurants in OTR and on The Banks, so who in power cares how we "regular" folks have to put up with this squalor.

7 years agoI personally haven't been inside, butt my son and his friends love it! Go to play basketball there and they have nothing but great things to say about the place. I can drop them off right in the front by the doors as to make sure they enter /exit safely, convenient parking lot, excellent location also. A must visit! ! ! ! ! !
