2 years agoBest place to have a birthday party. The train ride was fun for all ages. The tables and bathroom area were very nice and clean. It was just so great. Lots of trees for shade and so much fun and beautiful things to look at.

10 months agoThis is such a fun adventure for younger kids, my 4 year-old twins LOVE riding the trains here. We live over an hour away, and drive down every month to ride the trains and enjoy the park. It's an affordable & fun way to spend the day, we bring a lunch and ice chest, the "conductor" takes a mid-day lunch break, which is the perfect time to sit under a tree and do the same. We always end up riding the train several times, we've never had to wait very long, if at all, to ride, and there's always been parking right at the train "yard". The little barn with farm animals is super cute too, it's fun to see Cupcake the donkey when you pull into the station. Can't say enough good things about these wonderful people who volunteer their time and share their hobby with the public. We appreciate you! 😁

3 years agoExcellent place to experience ride-on scale models in a beautiful setting along the Americam River. The people who operate this place are passionate about trains and love to talk and answer questions about them. The rides are inexpensive and very much worth supporting this club, the tracks, and their trains. The kids will remember this for a long time.

a year agoWhat a neat place. If you like trains and are in the area, I'd recommend taking a look here. They are open to non members on the first full weekends during the spring, summer and fall. I don't remember the scale of the bigger railroad but it's big enough to ride on top. There's also a g scale layout. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. The people are quite friendly and happy to talk. The park is a great area to stop at from the bike trail. Rest in the shade, watch baseball, look at the pond and check out trains.
