a year agoNice, not too difficult of a hike. Very windy today, but views and just being outdoors was worth it. I do wish there was a way for mountain bikers and hikers/walkers to have their own paths because some of the trail areas are rather narrow and more difficult to walk on, it's not too bad, just something to be aware of. Beautiful wildflowers this time of year with 365 views all around the Saltese Uplands.

a month agoExcellent views from the top. The trail on the northwest end of the park is an immediately rewarding steep climb. The trails in the center are more gradual. After rain, though, some of the gulch trails flood. So be aware of your relative elevation and prepared to change routes. Not much shade here, so plan accordingly.

a year agoA great local conservation area where you can take various trails and see spectacular views. You can see local flora and fauna. Parts of the trail overlook the Saltese flats and if you get near the water tower you can see liberty lake. I enjoy local areas that you can hike.

5 months agoThis is a great place to hike, fairly easy, but awesome views from the top, including of Spokane Valley all the way west to west Spokane, Mica Peak, Liberty Lake etc. Great place to get out and exercise.

a year agoBeautiful place to hike with lots of trails, some steep, and others pretty flat.
