The experience itself was so unique and we saw the classic tourist sightseeing from a completely different perspective PLUS things we would not have been able to see on foot. What an experience. What made it even better was that David was an incredible instructor and tour guide. He was a nice mixture of knowledge, humor, and kindness. He allowed us the freedom of moving at a speed we were comfortable at and assuring us we were doing a great job. What an experience.

Very fun experience! Two of us rode in one speed boat and we went in the morning so the water was clear and there weren't that many boats out. We got to go pretty fast in the open water and see a lot of cool stuff on the tour. Our tour guide was Alex and the tour was about 2 hours. First time doing a speed boat tour and would definitely do it again.

We had an absolute blast with Speed Boat Adventures in San Diego! Took the kiddos out for a few hours on the water, and it was hands-down an amazing morning. The audio-guided speedboat tour was thrilling (at full speed) yet totally manageable, even for beginning boaters like us. The views of San Diego’s iconic landmarks and wildlife were stunning—seeing it all from the water gave us a whole new perspective. Our tour guide was awesome, making the experience even more fun with their energy and knowledge. Highly recommend booking this adventure!!!! You won’t regret it!!!!

Our family of 7 had a great day on the water. Everyone that wanted to drive were able to switch off during certain times. Tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful for the first time sailors. Boats are newer then pictured on website and comfortable to sit in as a passenger. The speaker system is a huge plus. I would highly recommend this tour. The price is very reasonable for the experience.

Amazing experience overall! Was nervous since it was our first time driving a speed boat, but the guide was ok with helping us out along the way. 3 of us rode together. We went slow, and then super fast, make sure the kiddos will be okay with the speed going fast, bc if not you will get left behind a little. Over all, the guy has a walkie talkie, and the boats have speakers to hear instructions along the way. The tour was great, it hit almost the whole coast in sd, and was about 2 hrs long, worth the pay for the experience. Fyi, you check in by the amazon lockers on the left of the building, maybe they should promote it a little better since we had to walk around to ask at first.
