"Santa Jim was AMAZING! My company hired him this year to do an event for the hotel puppies to come and take their holiday photos. Probably from all those years with the reindeers, but he was a pro at making the pets feel comfortable, and had great patience and enthusiasm. He was kind, extremely easy to work with, funny, and The Real Deal!!! He even encouraged me to take additional photos of him around the hotel in order to get some festive photos for the brand in general.
