Santa Jim was AMAZING! My company hired him this year to do an event for the hotel puppies to come and take their holiday photos. Probably from all those years with the reindeers, but he was a pro at making the pets feel comfortable, and had great patience and enthusiasm. He was kind, extremely easy to work with, funny, and The Real Deal!!! He even encouraged me to take additional photos of him around the hotel in order to get some festive photos for the brand in general. He interacted with guests even outside of the event, and everyone who walked passed us felt the holiday joy. It was a day of smiles all around. He even let me use his voice as a voicemail greeting :) I would not recommend anyone but HIM. The best!

This is Santa Boston's 7th year at our company holiday party and I can't say enough good things about Santa Jim! I had several employees ask me if it was going to be "The Real Santa" because they remembered him from years past. Our company had a wonderful experience with Santa Jim! when we hired him to come to our office. He brings lots of energy and excitement to the children. So much effort is put in starting from his wardrobe to his visit to the office! 10/10 experience, highly recommend.

Being such a jolly soul, Santa came for a visit to Boston Children’s Hospital ORL/CCE-Audiology Department. He is such a delight and he spread cheer to many patients and staff. Santa bravely had his hearing tested with photos to share. We really appreciate Santa’s willingness to help out with this as the pictures will hopefully help calm and encourage nervous kiddos before coming to have their hearing checked. We are so thankful. Santa was so fun to have and was amazing with every single person he encountered. A true Christmas Joy!

Santa Jim makes you a true believer in the magic of Christmas and Santa! He is very engaging, has a super personality, very funny, and interacts well with kids and adults. He read us Twas the night before Christmas, sang Rudolph the red nose reindeer, passed out gifts (I bought, wrapped and labeled) to all our family and gave ample time for pictures both individually and as a group. My Mom was diagnosed with Glioblastoma brain cancer two weeks to the day of my Dad passing. She is a strong believer in Santa and I wanted to make this a magical and very special Christmas for her. Santa Jim knocked it out of the park and made this a Christmas she and I will never forget! Honestly there are no words to express my gratitude towards Santa Jim. Christmas 2023 was one for the books & I thank you from the bottom of my heart! He’s the real deal!!
