"I really don't appreciate being spoken to like I am an idiot. You don't want to allow drinks, no problem. It's an arcade, it makes sense. Don't make it a point to walk all the way to the front of the store and point to the no drinks sign. We trusted you and believed you before you made it a public show in front of my children. I don't know how much money I would have spent here but I know that number will be 0 from now on and into the future."

"To the very rude elderly employee that snatched a gun out of my child's hands today when he was simply playing the game, is there a reason you were too cowardly to give your name when my husband asked?
