- Reported as the 'best place' by a parent compared to Urban Air, Get Air, Magic Mountain, and Chuckle Cheese.
- Entertaining for a wide range of ages, from toddlers to 20-30 year olds and even older, allowing multi-generational fun.
- Kids (ages 8 and 6) can be entertained for 4+ hours, indicating substantial engagement.

Insider tips
- Visit during the middle of the week to experience significantly less crowd and potentially better staff service.
- Be mindful of arcade spending; parents recommend setting a budget or avoiding constant reloading of arcade cards.
- Prepare for potential downtime of specific attractions (e.g., roller coaster) or facility features (e.g., escalator), especially if you have your heart set on one activity.
- Consider eating before or after your visit on busy weekend evenings, as the concession stand might run out of items and restrooms may be less clean.
- If planning a celebration, it's explicitly recommended as a good venue for birthday parties.
Good to know before you go
- Sunday evenings: Reportedly busy with limited staff, dirty restrooms, and potential food shortages at the concession stand.
- If specific attractions (like the roller coaster or escalator) are critical to your visit, as they might be out of order for extended periods.
- If you prioritize spotless restrooms and fully stocked concessions at all times (especially on peak days).
- Can get very busy and crowded, particularly on Sunday evenings, leading to limited staff and potentially overworked/annoyed employees.
- Restrooms were reported dirty on a busy Sunday evening.
- Crowds
- Quiet during mid-week visits, which is preferred by some customers.
- Value
- The prices for attractions (go-karts, bumper cars, roller coaster, laser tag, drop zone) are generally perceived as 'not bad at all' and 'definitely worth the price compared to other venues.' However, the extensive arcade can be a money sink, as many machines tempt continuous reloading of game cards. For a toddler, $25 bought almost an hour of game play, which a parent found acceptable.
- Food
- There is a concession area for snacks and drinks.
- Accessibility
- The escalator being out of use for weeks could be a significant barrier for parents with strollers or individuals with mobility impairments needing to access the two levels. No other specific accommodations are mentioned.
- Safety
- Security personnel are present on busy evenings.
What parents say
"Decided to have some fun during the middle of the week because we prefer less of a crowd, which was nice. Putt-putt golf was neat. Had a great variety of games & go carts were cool. Love the bumper cars in the back. Unfortunately the coaster was down so we couldn't try that. Employees were friendly. There is a concession area to get a snack or drink for the kids. We plan on visiting again! Update: We visited on a Sunday evening & it was busy with limited staff who seemed a bit over worked & annoyed, dirty restrooms. Concession stand ran out of some food. They did have security. Escalator was "

"I took my 2 boys ages 8 and 6 yesterday and they had a blast. We were there for 4 hours and still didn't do everything. The prices are not bad at all for all the attractions like go karts, Bumper cars, roller coaster, laser tag, drop zone, and a whole lot lore. I will say the arcade will eat your money up the machines isn't over priced there is just so many machines that I kept reloading. I will not do that when we go again. We have went to urban air, get air, magic mountain, chuckle cheese, ect, and this was the best place"

"This was an awesome place to bring my toddler he enjoyed himself a lot he actually cried because we had to leave. I wish they would open up a location in Indianapolis. That would be awesome 👌🏾 for $25 . My son played games for almost 1 hr. This is also a great place to have birthday 🎂 parties 🥳 or any kind of celebration 🍾"
