2 weeks agoI do not recommend this place. 0 stars for animal lovers. It is dank and grim. The animals are in small cages, people have way too much access for it to be safe for either party, and it’s completely depressing. I’m disappointed to have given them my money and wish I had done research. Children can just walk into an iguana exhibit and touch them, animals are in small pens in the dark. We could only stand to spend about 5 minutes in there before we left.

a month agoWe were looking for a fun activity that would be enjoyed by all ages and Sea quest was the answer. My 13 year old, 6 year old, both my parents, my husband and even myself all had a blast. First Alley helped guide us through setting up the perfect quest and even gave us amazing suggestions. Everyone was amazing throughout the day but Emery was exceptional. She was filled with so much knowledge and became our personal tour guide bringing us to each interaction and making sure we were having a great time. I highly recommend going and taking advantage of one of the packages that includes tokens and interactions.

4 months agoWonderful experience for the family and super supportive of teachers as we have discounts. I highly recommend the tokens. Take your time. Not too crowded. People working here are super friendly and answer all your questions. Don’t be afraid to touch the animals. Thank you to Gabby for being super kind and helpful!

a month agoMy boys had a great time here. They are 10 and 6. Everything is interactive. We got the green wristband band package and they had so much fun touching the rabbits and petting the cats. They even gave us a meet with a snake named rosebud. Johanna and Julian were so knowledgeable and friendly. They helped everyone hold the snake. They even got me to touch a giant snake. My kids loved feeding all the animals and fish. There are hand sanitizer and sinks for hand washing throughout. We will be back and I would recommend checking it out.

5 months agoIt's very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and answers all questions. Animals are well taken care of but I feel bad for the pig, George. He does have a good amount of room but he's all alone. All the other animals (besides snakes) have more than one. 🤷🏼♀️ It's very hands on. And you can pet the animals and even feed them, at an extra. You can upgrade your ticket or buy food. (You don't have to but it's a small place and won't take you long to walk around) In order to get animal food you have to buy tokens. Each token is $2 and some animals can cost you up to 6 tokens. The amount of feed you get is incredibly small. They have short shows where they bring out a few animals. You are allowed to pet the animals. A lady had a very small snake and asked if I would like pet it. When I went to pet it she said "it's three tokens." I feel they should tell you it costs to pet the animals at the start of the show. If a small kid really wants to pet an animal and the parents don't want to pay $6 .... While it was a cute experience especially for younger children, I don't feel all the extras added on top of the ticket price, is worth it.
